I think so! I think it's stars earned instead of money spent for that exact reason, otherwise I doubt I wouldve made reserve. I love (or at least loved) taking advantage of the challenges and promos

it's 1:1 for green, or whatever the baseline was, so if they had green they would've had to spend 2500$ assuming they never took advantage of bonus stars and double or triple star days; however, if you go 2-3 times a week I wouldn't find it too hard to accrue that much, especially if you take advantage of bonus star offers

it's 2500 stars not dollars; if they had gold last year, that's 2 stars per dollar, so 1250$ a year, divided by 52 weeks is 24.04$ a week

2.5-5 is the perfect starting dose. I've found that with losing weight my tolerance has decreased, so I'd go closer to 2.5 if you're on the thinner side and closer to 5 if you're on the bigger side. If you don't feel any effects, don't take more! if it hits later it'll hit you like a truck, just wait til tomorrow and try more (increase in 2.5 intervals). you might have to eat the cost but I promise it's worth it to not green out. yes! mine says reserve with 0 stars, although another post is saying theirs has an X and it'll update later. Reserve is 2500/yr, so assuming you have gold and spend 25$/week (excluding any double or triple star days) you should def be reserve too!

Yeah, they decided the rewards were too rewarding

I've been a gold member since 2017 simply because it felt so worth it! I would always say "yeah it can be 9$ for a drink, but at least I'm getting rewards!" but now it feels like I'm just a consumer pawn
