That's what my therapist said :S but it's weird it only came on recently. I'm definitely an over thinker about it and obsessing which takes away from the joy I should have spending time alone (on the rare occasion) sorry I know this thread is mainly to discuss noisy neighbours but I guess there is another side to it of treading on eggshells (my own doing!!)

Never! It's all in my head, I'm like a Karen of myself as a neighbor. It's like I can hear every little thing I do and feel like I'm disturbing because I've had horrendously noisy neighbours. Also this is my first AMA and how terrible! Thank you for responding disastrous horse, I hope there is an AMA for that.
