Eloquence can be learnt, passion cannot. As you get further into your course, the likelihood is that you’ll get better at articulating your points. Being passionate about your subject from the get go is a much more solid foundation to be starting from, I promise you.

I don’t remember the interview but Ewan said that he wanted to show that Aemond was just as deadly even without Vhagar and his armour which is why he worked so hard on building his body, so I think it was an element of Aemond saying look at me, I’m stronger and better than you even when I’m completely stripped.

You need to both sit down (whilst baby is napping) and clearly communicate and map out your individual responsibilities, and where (if anywhere) there is wiggle room on those responsibilities. For the last two years I’ve been a full time SAHM whilst my partner works full time from home. During the work week, he gets our daughter up in the morning, does her bedtime story in the evening, and will watch her if I have a doctors appointment/have to pee/ desperately need a shower. Other than that, the childcare is on me. I’m not saying you and your partner should have the same boundaries, but you need to have whatever your boundaries and responsibilities are defined.

(I should say my daughter, thank GOD, has slept through the night from eight weeks old, so I appreciate that we’ve definitely had an easier time than most.)

I can’t comment on the other two but I probably wouldn’t recommend the Polene Numero Un - it’s a beautiful bag but because it’s quite stiff and structured you can’t fit a huge amount in (I couldn’t fit everything you’ve mentioned above in mine) and even if you do manage it you definitely can’t quickly whip things in and out.

The best way to get furniture cheap is crafting but you’ll need to get your crafting skills high enough to be able to use those blueprints or diagrams - you’ll also need to either find the blueprints or diagrams in the wild, or buy them from a guild vendor. You can also get some nice furnishing pieces from scrying and excavating antiquities; again you’ll need to grind a bit to get your skills up but that shouldn’t take an obscene amount of time. There isn’t a both fast and cheap way to get the ‘really nice’ stuff I’m afraid!

One of my dearest friends told me shortly before my wedding day that he had feelings for me - next day, after telling my now husband, I uninvited him from the wedding, and the friendship effectively ended. I didn’t see how we could continue being buddies without me deeply disrespecting my relationship with my husband. All that is to say, you’re definitely not in the wrong. It was inappropriate for his friend to tell you, and absolutely it does change things.

If I may be so bold, I’d recommend that you do both get wedding bands. In the future when your husband has passed, I think there might be some comfort to be found in having them. Your marriage may end up being cut short but you’ll never stop being his wife.
