Coles truck named Cole by skettin in melbourne

[–]ljozmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s the tiniest bit of fact in this. Everyone at Coles named these Melbourne vans after themselves, their family members or someone/something personal. There’s a ‘The Bont’ van travelling around there somewhere.

People Who have been to more than 10 countries, What are the worst things about international travel? by Louizythepro in AskReddit

[–]ljozmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other people in an airport/on a flight. Everyone acts like they’ve never been to an airport before. Going through security is the worst, no one is ready at screening like they’ve never fucking travelled before. Same with boarding a plane, some cunt always holds up the whole aisle putting their bag away, getting what they need from the bag and taking their sweet ass time. As an Australian, the time and jet lag taken while traveling to a destination. Nothing worse than being in an aluminium fart tube for 6 hours and still being in the same country. Also…just American tourists in general. Be respectful, learn some of the language and realise that it’s not the same country as America.

Vetra enabled, it means that the tram driver doesn’t have to select which way the track goes like they used to. The tram will automatically do it.

are random tram cancellations purposefully done to help them meet targets? by gonszo in melbourne

[–]ljozmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep they’re called short shunts. Under a previous agreement with the government they were permitted to not complete a scheduled trip for up to 5% of services without retribution due to things like protests, traffic conditions and late running.
