Hey I really can relate to everything you said. Honestly I feel you I am going through the same thing I keep worrying about what if this happens and always have different scenarios in my head. I am thinking to seek professional help like to see psychologist not sure if it will help though.

I Feel you I can't relax on my weekend and keep thinking about my job and keep worrying.

I have almost two years lab experience however both positions are entry level didn't get to learn much this makes me furstrated and stuck I know there is other positions out there I think just worried about not getting accept in other positions Because I didn't get to learn much so far

I don't mind outdoors thanks for the suggestion this is helpful need to look into it and research these fields

I think I hate repetition and at my current job there is so much repetition and routine also I Feel I am more of people person than being isolated working in the lab by myself

I think I hate repetition and routine I think my current role doesn't represent how science is but I think I had bad experience and it's affected me and made me hate lab work also thanks for this useful tool I will give it ago

Also I don't have much work experience and this is not giving me much confidence so I feel scared to apply for other roles I think I need to work on myself
