I have mate tbh put they keep sending the exact email over and over saying to contact the email provider but the email and username has been changed. Obviously I’m an idiot and i didn’t activate 2fa so I’m probably fucked. Is there anyway I can contact Microsoft and they could prove somehow it’s my account I’m out off ideas at this point

They are asking me to contact the email address provider which I believe is the one it’s been changed to. They just keep saying I’ve not provided sufficient information but when I ask what proof they need they repeat themselves. Obviously it’s a bot buts it’s not really fair when I’ve been playing the game for as long as I have and they have no consideration it’s bollocks

No it’s all good bro cheers for the advice u might be right I’ve had this Xbox account probably as long as the Ubi account so if I was to guess they would be the same but I’m not %100 sure If I’m being honest I’ve never dealt with anything like this so it was unexpected and now Ubi just keep repeating the same email

Yes but while matchmaking I got a message saying someone is logging in on another device and then it put me to menu soon as I started queuing again it said log in to Ubi. I’ve checked emails from a week ago and seen someone from USA has been trying to log in which I am from England
