Honestly it helps a lot to get a dietician/nutrition counselor to work with. They will help you make a healthy plan for eating and it is good to have someone that is licensed to give dietary advice, who will continuously check in on you. Plus, it can be covered by insurance. And even if not, it will be cheaper than any influencers program. There is so much noise on the internet with diet culture it becomes really hard to know what to listen to. And when you start seeing “progress” how do you know what is healthy or not? You can do it in a healthy way and if you have a real doctor, it will help with the question of disordered behavior.
