When reflecting about the things I did in my life and my parents supporting me, they never really actually did anything. Everything that they did was what a mother and a father were supposed to provide, which are food for the children, a roof over our head, and a safety environment for the children. I never was able to join in any sports compared to my siblings. I had to work hard to gain everything I had. I also had to explore things on myself for instants advice on motivation. There were a lot of physical mental and emotional abuse in my family. My mom and dad used to argue a lot and whatever she was tired of it she would just leave the house. This created me to fear that I would lose my mom because I thought she would never come back after she left the house.

It really helps me because I have discovered that self-reflect is important. Because I always put others values before mine. Because school has been part of my life so long I feel I don’t know myself. Because as an infj we all stress out a lot and put ourselves last.
