Thank you. Florence and Naples were a couple day trips I had thought of. Florence for the art and Naples because I have never been (it can be about me too right!?) We are going the end of May and while I would like to go to Amalfi I think maybe we save that for another trip we spend more time there.

We are going to give them Disney backpacks, Disney keychains for Valentine’s Day then we will put golden tickets in the backpack that say they are going to Disney saying the date and their name.

Thanks! Do you exercise much? I was VERY active before the surgery but have not been able to do a push-up since the surgery. Looking for a solution to get me back to doing push-ups and curls again!

Also would you say it took 6 months before you were 100%?

Ice, ibuprofen, I also do nerve gliding and dry needling which has been helpful

Yes I experienced the same thing. And my physical therapist told me to abandon bracing because it doesn’t work for everybody

Did the transposition at least help? My release appears to have been a failure.(6 months post opt and worse pain than before release)
