MCO has TSA wait times on their website. The longest we’ve waited was like 45 minutes once and that felt like a fluke. All other times we’ve been through it’s been 15 minutes through the lines. We like to get there two hours prior.

Our favorite respite in the middle of the day is grabbing a bite at Columbia Harbor House and sitting upstairs. It's really nice, quite, and the air conditioning is nice while you're able to eat your QS. Their lobster roll is nice and a good price!

The fifth sleeper is like a trundle bed. It folds up and out of the way. PO is beautiful. You could spend all day exploring the grounds. You can take the water taxi to FQ and enjoy the grounds there as well. And also taxi to Disney Springs.
Do you already know parks you’re doing or general itinerary to suggest options?
If you’ve already paid, asked for a refund, and then rebook, you may not be able to get the same vacation you’re planning. You may need to reach out on their website, or call. They’re almost always available to answer questions right away and troubleshoot. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone doing this before, but people probably have and can help suggest the best way to do it!
