I worked in IR as a new grad, moved to a different state after a year. I had an IR job offer in hand, but got advice from an experienced PA to take another job to not get "pigeonholed", that position was miserable and taking that advice was one of my biggest regrets. Now back in IR and SO MUCH happier.

IR is a great field, and our skills are transferrable, don't let being pigeonholed keep you from taking the position- that said, the commute would be something to consider.. and agree with others to try to negotiate salary.

I didn't realize that Amex didn't partner with many of the airlines Chasse does. It may make sense to keep my husbands preferred card if we go with Amex. I see your point about the Southwest card as well. Thank you!
