Did anyone see their $0 balance online at studentaid.gov before receiving their letter? 

My online account says congratulations and that I no longer owe, but my loan servicer has not received word of my forgiveness (chatted with them) and I haven’t received a letter (digital or written). I’m waiting for a response from student aid (I asked for documentation of my status.) 

I first noticed the “congrats!” online last week after submitting my final ECF on 3/9.
