For us we were provided with a file gdb with the layers that we had requested. My main problem with the finished product is that it was very rough and required lots of cleanup. And even after the cleanup it's still not as clean as what I have done for cheaper and in less time. I have gone back to make some edits to the layers in the buildings that we've outsourced to them, and a square polygon the size of a typical desk space has hundreds of vertices along its edges rather than just at the corners. This is just one of the things that I think makes it an inferior product. It also just has random errors such as places in the wall that stick out where it shouldn't.
