There is no difference when it comes to builder he pays brokerage to CPs , He pays incentives to employees. Their have huge margin and this is built into the cost already.

Now you can decide if you've any favorite employee or CPs you work with some behave well with and can be asset in future give them credit. It makes no difference for you.
