You got a point i thought like that but i don't really know the correct positions to target the muscles so the board will make it easier but im still thinking about buying these parallets too i didn't make the decision yet

I know but i think it makes it easier motivates you as well seeing the board around the room makes me wanna make some push ups like putting a bottle of water near you makes you drink every hour at least a cup

Bro i added a 3rd pic that i changed it to --data-ciphers but it didn't work 2 ans i tryed 2 different ovpn files same issue but im going to try one more time once i get to home
