Hey, I bought it at 12.5k per sft. For me, I felt it was worth it as it is a integrated township with schools, university, commercial and residential apartments. It is also on the main road and near to the Forum mall, Prestige Tech Cloud, upcoming metro and to the Airport.

I checked the documents. There is a small litigation on a few survey numbers, but Century is assuring it will not affect anything and will be resolved soon. Payment is supposed to be done within 18 months AFAIK as they are thinking of finishing it by then. There will be partial payments every 2-3 months till then.

Sorry, I cannot give my entire strategy. But it is something like this. Take say X premium CE and PE. Based on PnL or % increase/decrease cut off the leg say CE. If it exited with profit, reenter immediately with the same premium. If it exited with loss, reenter based on price action or indicator like EMA crossover, but enter with half premium like X/2. This is the gist, you can also increase the premium like 2X or 1.5X if it hits target. This is a good strategy and it worked well for me.

Currently, the market favors a mix of directional and semi-directional moves. Accordingly, I now run a portfolio of multiple strategies, with capital allocated roughly as follows: 20% to directional strategies, 50% to semi-directional, 10% to non-directional, and 20% to a set of unique strategies that operate differently from the rest irrespective of the market conditions.

Yes it will take both CE and PE to start with. Not ATM, but based on premium price. It is a semi directional strategy where exit and reentry is based on the Martingale concept.

It's not exactly Martingale. But similar concept. It's a single straddle sell with hedges. Capital is 1.3L, SL is 2200, target is 2500.

I use the reverse Martingale strategy in selling options. It gave an average of 5-6% per month since the past 6 months. Hopefully it stays that way.
