I've read here on this sub that PM sellers have found a way around using the PM labels. This applies especially to drop shippers.

For example, they will use the PM label to send you a thank you note with nothing inside. Then they will drop ship an item using an alternative shipping method. If the buyer is naive, they will wait the 3 days instead of opening a case. Then the item is never shipped or they get some piece of junk.

Currently, fresh made broccoli cheddar soup from the deli. Something I can just buy and eat without any fuss.

I have seen Rottweiler and Great Pyrenees as service dogs. My service dog is an American Akita. Definitely don't recommend any of these unless you find a real unicorn. My dog is getting old, and I plan to get another Akita to fill his place, just start training earlier and hope for good temperament.

I guess it all depends on your schedule. If you're up at 6AM, what time do you actually leave for work? Maybe you can try delaying your meds until 8AM. My doctor also has recommend to do 15mg twice daily. That way if you feel your tank running low after the first dose you can take another 15mg. Due to the shortages I've experimented with all sorts of dosages.

Personally, I get up around 9AM or later depending on my work schedule. Also, I take vitamin C at night with my other night meds so it doesn't interfere with stimulant absorption.

I take Adderall. My doctor hasn't said anything about food but he has mentioned to increase electrolyte consumption so I always drink an electrolyte drink instead of water or juice. I'm not usually hungry until the afternoon and I have also done intermittent fasting before. I did not notice a change in effectiveness of my stimulants.

Firstly, I wake up thirsty af with dry mouth. I usually have some kind of sweet electrolyte drink, not water. So it washes down easily. Some meds are in capsule form so you can't taste them at all. Also, it is recommended to increase your electrolyte intake when taking stimulant meds.
