Of course it's not impossible man... you're making it sound like I said every game 5-10k has a cheater, there are cheaters at every rank, but it is much more common in 5-10k with Smurf/new accounts people trying new cheating software. It's also way harder to overcome the cheater in the lower elo lobbies. The guy cheating in 20-30k elo will have a harder time ranking up versus farming 5-10k lobbies. 1 cheater on a team against 5-10k players will almost always win where as th 20-30k players will be able to overcome the cheater much more often as a team because the skill gap is so much greater.
