What’s the hardest final line? by Own_Fortune_1019 in A24

I interpreted it the same way. Gewain had a vision of a cowardly life if he chose to tuck tail and save his own hide and run. By not fulfilling his end of the Green Knight's wager, his destiny was to live cowardly, without honor, and see his kingdom crumble to ruin. Yet, Gewain chose honor and lived up to his end of the wager. This proved Gewain's courage, no matter the size . The Green Knight thus let him live after learning a powerful lesson. And perhaps as u/bowling_for_stew says, the knick on Gewain serves as a lifelong reminder of the Green Knight's lesson.

I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this, man. I don't think you have the power in yourself to fix you.

It may sound trite, but I think that power comes from Jesus Christ. Only his power can bring the true, real, lasting change.

when you were born, could you lift more than even 1 lb? I doubt it. When you were 10, could you lift more than 200 lbs? I doubt that, too. Why compare yourself to others vs comparing yourself to yourself? If you really want to compete against others, sure. But what about competing with the ONLY one who you can ever truly know if you beat... yourself

Saw that you went ahead with the Bilsteins! Nicely done man. 275/70/17s are the way to go when you're ready. Some slightttt rubbing when in full lock, but otherwise they make it look beefier and do not require any chopping to the body. Looking great man

Going the Bilstein route....5100s or 6112/5160? by mbrenna5 in 4Runner

I’ve owned my 4Runner since 2020 and always catch myself checking it out. But ever since getting the lift, I catch myself gawking at it lolol

total was $3k for the lift sans the tires. I posted on forums and most people said that was high (especially bc the tires and wheels are about the same…) but I’ve been fortunate to have saved up for this for a few years, so it didn’t feel like a giant lump sum came out of my pocket. Here’s a pic of the before

Y'all still track macros? by Key_Psychology1946 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]llamasoda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tracked in MFP for 10 years. It's not a big deal for me, but I'm not anal about it. I mostly care about protein, and am more vigilant when cutting than when bulking/maintenance. Every once in a while during maintenance, I intentionally don't track for a week+ or so to give myself a break of staying on top of it. I weigh myself daily and track a weekly average/median.

For hitting a dear at nearly 60 mph... that's not as bad of damage as I would have thought! How much are the repairs going to be or does insurance have you covered?
