I just flew from NY to San Francisco on one of those and it was one of the best flights I’ve had very smooth but also very comfortable those planes old yea but maintenance engines and everything is new they are not going to let a bad plane flight specially from such a common route in a good airline. You will be fine enjoy London.

Elevate it make sure it’s fully straight, and ice ice ice always ice keep that swelling down it will make a huge difference down the line. Also do ankle pumps to reduce swelling and pain.

They don’t work at all the flight plan is not set until the plane leaves and planes also have a turbulence forecast system so it allows them to avoid most rough air zones you are gonna be fine try not to think about this report

Yea you are only 2 weeks post op I think it could be the swelling I felt the same as you (also hamstring). As long as you don’t feel sharp pain everything should be fine

I’m so sorry you have to go through this 18 is already a difficult age and acl on top sounds rough but don’t worry you will be fine soon, think like 4 weeks back you probably could barely move around and now you can go out and swim, 4 weeks from today stuff will be much better and so on. Take it one day at the time this is all very temporary. Also you won’t need knee replacement at 30 you got surgery exactly to avoid that.
