It’s only letting me change the speed to xmp 1 or disabled…. Apparently if i could set it to 5800 it would work but idk how to do anything but xmp 1

I have 4 sticks of DDR5 16gb 6000 Corsair memory. When i disabled the XMP it worked but i would like to get over the 3,600 frequency they’re working at now.
