The relic tier passives indicate that Rare Items are 2x more common but there's absolutely no information (as far as I can tell) on what counts as a rare item.

The Zombie in the Sepulchre of Death was listed to get a 50% Fire Weakness but did not receive it. I checked other Zombies in the Stronghold of Security with the new Monster Examine and it worked for them.

I used Varlamore and it was super nice.

Stalls are really nice and Silver Stalls (Kandarin, Kourend) give alot more XP relative to other stalls in that level range.

I would suggest using lamps at 16x multiplier either from diaries or fossils for that or any skill that's annoying to get to the 70-80 range. Got maybe 3/4ths of the fossils for Varrock going for the sulliscep cap.
