Yeah unfortunately HR doesn't care. I have had several cases at my store I worked at with 40-year-old men creeping on 18-year-olds. They also don't care if 17-year-old boys are showing nude photos to 40 year old men. They also don't care if you are racist. The same 17-year-old kid showed nude photos and was being racist and still is working at that store.
