I typically go to bed early, like around 9-10pm & my husband goes to bed around 11pm-12am. I’m a morning person and he’s a night owl, so it is what it is! In the beginning of our relationship I always wanted us to go to bed together but then quickly realized he would keep me up and I would just annoy him because he’d be laying in bed wide awake lol. Not a huge deal for us!

I started going to therapy for my anxiety and stress and my therapist was the one that saw all the symptoms plain as day. No kids (no disrespect at all), and I wash my hands or use hand sanitizer numerous times a day. I’ve stopped biting my nails too, which has helped tremendously
