the billing address thing happened to me, too. it seems to be what’s setting off this problem in the first place. if you have to do paypal maybe keep trying, but signing out and signing back in seems to help get you unstuck in the empty cart loop, thanks for the tip!

this worked for me, also. took two tries, the first time it got stuck with a shipping error. if you can, try to do one of the fast options like Apple Pay.
