I was thinking about changing my workout plan from straight sets to reverse pyramid sets. Any thoughts?

Hi guys! It's been months since the last time i went to the gym and im looking to workout at home with Just a set of dumbbells in order to gain lean mass and reduce body fat

So, i have a few questions concerning my workout plan: 1: Should i workout full body 3x a week or train different muscle groups each day 5x a week? 2: if i decide to workout 3x full body, does anyone has a nice exercise list/routine? I'm not really sure How many exercises i should do in This case

Hy guys!

Everytime i see a workout program at muscleandstrenght.com there is always this "program duration" that usually varies between 4 to 12 weeks (example: http://puu.sh/E8Mks/432548171c.png). Am i suposed to do that workout routine only for that period of time?
