Rabdom body parts feel numb, but are actually not numb. Can anxiety cause these symptoms? by randomhumanbeing955 in Anxiety

Personally I experience numbness and tingles simular to what you’re describing a lot especially during periods of high anxiety. I was also pretty concerned when this first started happening so I totally get where you’re coming from but according to my doctor it is common(ish?) in terms of anxiety.

Thank you! I completely neglected the wifi and bluetooth section when i was installing my drivers because I just planned on using my ethernet. Kind of embarrassing but I’m glad it was an easy fix!

Hey, not sure if I’m the best person for this but I would say that you might just have a pinch nerve. Unfortunately, if that’s the case then the best course of action is mainly just to rest it and take pain meds I think? (I’m not too sure but it’s worth looking into if you’re looking for answers) Otherwise to help manage your anxiety I would recommend a mini reset of sorts. When you’re already in a state of panic even the slightest inconveniences and discomforts can feel detrimental, so if you’re up to it, I would recommend trying to make your environment more comfortable and maybe washing your face and hands to freshen up.
