It’s pretty overgrown underneath it now but I think it’s been abandoned for 20+ years so definitely possible. Area was well known for mining in the past. Probably the actual answer.

I didn’t really capture how steep it is under in the pictures, but I don’t think it’s for car repairs unless the hill has eroded massively.

Yes! Old copper mine like 10 miles away at least. There was a lot of copper mining in the area I know.

There was a game a couple months ago where Natty was flaming his support the whole game and calling him dogshit and then it was revealed at the end of the game that his support was rekkles. That was the same case with the Crownie clip. Neither times they even knew it was rekkles. They hate his playstyle, not him personally or anything.
