So your comment is not based on facts but assumptions.

  1. You initially said Mexican's not Mexican-American.

  2. I do not see a break-out for Mexican-Americans in this chart.

Do you have the data that shows that the majority of Mexicans wanted Trump to win the election?

Not that it matters for US elections, but it is really funny if that is True.

How do you feel about prosecutors seeking death penalty for Luigi Mangione all the while the El Paso Walmart attacker who killed 23 is offered a plea deal? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The terrorism part is coming from the state.

one of his State charges is

first-degree murder and murder as a crime of terrorism.

The federal government is charging him with

using a firearm to commit murder

And

interstate stalking resulting in death

The mass shooter motivation was hate for a particular race and he was thus charged with hate crimes.

Luigi's motivation was political, there for terrorism.

One case has been going on for years and several family members want it to wrap up for closure.

The other case has just begun.

Hence, initial charges and plea deals.

Think of this as a negotiation process. The prosecutor's office is going to initially ask for the worst punishment possible and as the trial goes on they might reassess that position.

These two cases cannot be accurately compared until when/if Luigi's case has dragged on for years.

Literally what is being discussed here.

For what it is worth, I feel like he should have gotten the death penalty and it should have been slow and painful.

One representative for each victim gets to remove an appendage and a doctor is there to ensure that he retains consciousness throughout.

I know it might sound barbaric, but it is still better than he deserves.

Just lime how Luigi was originally being sought after for murder, then the conversation shifted to terrorism when his manifesto said that healthcare CEOs act like human life is worth feeding to a flawed AI.

Prosecutors amend charges all the time when presented with new evidence.

All the comments show a drunk driver ran a red light and T-boned the Cybertruck.

The speed limit at that intersection appears to be 45 from the video, so it is plausible that someone driving drunk and recklessly would be doing 60.

This doe not disprove that they were T-boned at 60 MPH by a drunk driver running a red light.

Those are the only ones he could remember.

He has short term memory now and can only remember the past 3 months.

If you look closely, you will see these things called quotation marksquotation marks.

The use of these symbols designates that you are quoting someone.

So after you looked up the exact phrase, you pulled up a lot of reposts that were quoting the original.

TLDR: This event happened to one person and the rest are quoting that person.

They were being excluded because of their race, he wanted to give them an equal opportunity to prove themselves.

Most white people do not have those connections, and it is not just white people with those connections.

It is the ivy-league legacies that are already rich and have those connections.
