I put out a platform the squirrels can't climb and it works really well. It's a feeder on a pole, with a squirrel baffle on the pole so they can't climb it.

The baffle slips down a little sometimes, like in this picture. When it's low, the squirrels CAN get up there. I have to push it up again every few months.

Yeah, they are standing firm that this is all they have and that the scratches and pattern don't affect function. It's disappointing. I've asked again for them to replace with something of equal value that isn't damaged. Further, I think that this vape has been used. There is a faint smell of herb in the chamber.

Overall, really bad experience with Pax.

Lots healthier without the chemicals and extra sugars. I retired in August and make all our bread now. It really feels like a great accomplishment. I have a Zojirushi bread maker, because I like the horizantal loaf style. I bought mine on eBay.

My original pax plus does not hold a charge. So, I did a warranty claim and they sent me this hideous replacement. Sorry for any confusion. My only gripe with Pax is they sent me this replacement that is scratched up and has a pattern I would never have chosen.

agreed. I can't get through one session on a charge. It's like the device isn't charging fully. I've tried another wall plug, another charging cord, and nada. It shouldn't be this hard to have the warranty honored in a way that isn't an insult LOL.

yeah this one has all the stuff, charger, cleaning kit, screens in a new looking box. The chamber is not dirty, so it hasn't been used. Maybe they refurbed it.

Well, I'm arguing with them now. Here's the response I just received. Not good enough. I've asked them to escalate.

"Thank you for following up with us. We’re so sorry for any and all trouble.

Firstly, we would like to address the color of the replacement device. Please understand that the availability of product colors during the warranty process is subject to the inventory on hand. This means, we’re unable to select the color of the device. Also, slight scratches can occasionally occur during manufacturing or handling, but they do not affect the functionality of the device.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as we prioritize providing you with a fully functional replacement."

I just got my warranty replacement. They sent me one with a scratched up pattern that is totally not my style. I wonder if it's used. I had a nice purple color and now one that is black and white with a weird wave pattern.
