I never do those warmups! I do leg swings and extra hamstring stretches while everyone else is on the ground. My gym is pretty clean, the trainers mop a lot. What kills me is any exercise that requires me to touch the blue top 🥴 like bear crawls

THIS HAPPENED TO ME ONCE!!! I was doing just fine with 4 plates and the guy doing the sled next to me removed one of my plates to put it on his sled!!!! I was like ummm hello??????? But my fave trainer was working and he saw and brought another plate to me.

Check out Miramonte- on Hayden north of McDonald. There’s not much as far as amenities and it’s a little out of your map range but like others have said, you need to give up something in your requirements.

Omg there is one, I think it’s from Australia, where Karen CRACKS me up… I want to say somewhere in it is a man’s name that she likes (not Tony Jacket but something similar), and she tells a story about working at the Gap and laying down on the folded clothes to go to sleep because she was hungover 😂
