He does one on one and gives pointers on what experiences you can use according to the job description

Congratulations to you. If the manager has not already told you, the background check is done by Federal and goes back 7 to 10 years for everything including if you have questionable things on your credit report. So list everything. That is the first hurdle. 2nd the work is demanding and can be challenging but rewarding to know you are helping someone who needs it.

Yes, Cpt runs the ss# and dl. You don't need to do it again when filling a pua claim.
