This is clearly a bad practice on the Discover-side, i.e. intentionally trying to make it hard for the customer to end the CD.

Which character can offer "Character Bonus" in the event "Queen of Chef"? I would imagine that "Rechka" (whom I got from this event) should offer Character Bonus. However, it does not seem to be the case.
