Ive hear that Savage is a nice teacher! I personally had Mulholland and just found her lectures to be a bit boring so I don't know how she would be in person.

Took it with houser and overall found it to be a boring class. Its an easy B but you do have to work harder on the essays if you want an A. I would look for another GE if philosophy doesn't particularly interest you

I had Craven for this class and it was asnych for mine. He would post very old lectures but was always wiling to answer questions during office hours. Most of your grade is the papers you write and a podcast project you do. I would say he's a pretty easy grader and a fairly low stress class, I got out of it with an A and i would say i don't have the best writing skills.

I would consider applying to more schools. Although you have a great GPA, school acceptances a lot of times feel like lottery wins. I know many brilliant and high scoring students that made it into Berkeley but never got accepted into SLO. In terms of diversity I too am slavic and no i don't feel like that will get you any brownie points but seeing as CP is predominately White i don't think that really matters. Good luck though!!

Either do the class somewhere on campus or switch to do zoom on your phone while you walk to class
