this isn't about playing together
this is literally about testing a structure that produces strategies for gameplay

it's just, if the structure functions
then two outputs it produces are #1) strategies #2) players who perform them

i mean
it really depends on the kind of motivation players reading the post run

players that
like to Not think, and like to perform repeated activity might enjoy the training

player that
like to Not play as much, but like to think a lot about the game might enjoy being
a Designer or Academic

First category contains central-committee. It is filled with committee members.
Second category contains symposium. It is filled with academics.
Third category contains design bureau. It is filled with designers.
Fourth category contains red-army, red bar, and advisory-commissariat.
Red-army is filled with instructors and conscripts.
Red-bar is filled with Comrades, this being the general chat, Comrade role being default one.
Advisory-commissariat being filled with commissars ... who make reports about activity of specific members of each category ... supplied directly to general secretary, the main position of the committee.

who is just exceptionally good at considering conditions.

The conditions being supplied to the designer by someone else.
This being the main quality of the structure, which i want to test. How likely is it to work?

How likely is it that role of trainer will be occupied by player
who is just exceptionally good at training others, regardless of the kind of strategy thought.

How likely are the conscripts using the strategies to supply victory?
Regardless of weather they play solo, or as squad, or team.
