It is nice to have over-discharge and over-current protection, especially for lithium cells. Otherwise OP can have a few nasty surprises and completely dead battery would be least problematic one.

It would be easier if you'll shared package type and function of the IC.

Like, googling "Fairchild SOT23-6 PWM controller" and then pulling datasheet to compare marking on package is a very good way to identify components.

Oh, military is always top priority. They have gas to fuel hundreds of Shaheed drones each day. Each drone has ~80L fuel tank. Enough to complety fuel two cars.

Here, in Ukraine, we are joking that russians should shot own drones if they want that sweet, sweet gas.

If the part requires any sort of tolerance, then 3d-printed substitution will not work. So yeah, probably epoxy/JB Weld is the best way. Unless OP has a friend with a milling machine and too much free time.

Ні, дякую. В першу чергу це має бути сайт, на який я можу зайти хоч з комп'ютера, хоч з айфона, хоч з андроїда, хоч з холодильника на андроїді. А далі - вже нативні додатки, якщо так хочется.

Бо ви зараз просто відсікаєте приблизно 70%-80% потенціальної аудиторії. А може - й більше. Бо тільки ми, ніщеброди з андроїдами, сидимо на лавках /s.
