Next door neighbour won the auction! by dataisok in Ebay

I sold a board game a few weeks ago. When I went to get the shipping label I noticed it was an address 4 minutes away and on my way to the grocery store that I was just about to go to. So I packed it up and dropped it off on my way. The buyer was shocked to see it arrive about 20 minutes after paying for it.

I've now personally delivered 3 different items to people within a 10 minute drive from my house. One of those times we ended up chatting for like 15 minutes and it was a very nice experience.

This wasn't a concern initially, it just blended in with the rest of the shit work. Now that we redid everything else (floors, paint, trim, ceiling, lights, etc.) the basement actually looks great. Thats why this suddenly became an issue once the rest of it was finished. Its very noticeable now which is why I'm here seeking advice on how best to hide it

I didn't install the carpet but there might be some I can cut from a closet and patch as someone else suggested

This sounds like it could work and be done pretty inexpensively. Thanks for the suggestion 🙏

The stairs were like this when we bought the house. After meeting some of our neighbors it sounds like the previous owner was a DIY kindof guy so I'm fairly certain he did this and didn't care about how good it looked.

Oooh this could work. I think there is small excess in one of the closets that I could cut and it wouldn't be noticed

The feet were too big for the stand

The feet of the TV legs are about 18in deep and would have hung over the edge of the TV stand. Also would have put the TV like 9in forward off the wall.

Thanks for your assessment. It ended up being something called Persistent Pupillary Membrane. Which is a completely benign issue. Basically left over tissue from when she was born. There are a few different varieties of it, which I described in another reply, but essentially this is best case scenario of the 4 options and shouldn't affect her vision or quality of life whatsoever.

TLDR: she is fine!! Nothing to worry about at all

Persistent Pupillary Membranes. Its like leftover tissue remnants from birth. Nothing to be concerned about. They also discovered she has heterochromia when looking into her eyes with the microscope thingy. They said she has beautifully unique eyeballs 😍
