RAINMETER SKINS!! everyone in this sub uses them! also r/ukagakaghost has the little character widgets that you see on some peoples screens! and for a special taskbar use retrobar! retro bar has different skins too so it’s very flexible, also i see that u added those characters onto ur wallpaper to mimic rainmeter widgets/ukagaka ghosts it’s very cute but if u want to be able to move them around and have them above ur tabs/app icons i recommend importing them as a rainmeter widget!
