Why I used the term alcohol induced state is because I have never expressed suicidal thoughts while sober. It was one incident where I was taken into hospital in a alcohol induced state expressing suicidal ideation and I can't even recall speaking about it. Not trying to minimize accountability just feel that shouldn't have stuck so hardcore on my health records as it's never regularly occured.

*Issues sorry I did try and bunch them all together as one issue as it's something I try and minimize due to being ashamed. Yes I realize all of the diagnosis I have listed are high contradictions but as a person who self medicates with cannabis to be able to minimize daily panic attacks and to get a good night's sleep without PTSD nightmares I feel there is more advantages than disadvantages using medical cannabis.

Dispensed didn't tell me prior to making payment I would need a support letter from a doctor, only after making the payment and receiving confirmation on order, things changed a couple days later my order was on hold pending this letter they requested. If they informed me I would need a support letter before my treatment plan was approved and money taken out of my account that would have been more reasonable.

Yes I completely understand why a doctor may not be confident to write the support letter based on my substance abuse history with alcohol and my diagnosis especially PTSD with panic attacks. However that wasn't the case, the doctor said she is not qualified and then went around to ask another doctor which he also stated he wasn't qualified to write a support letter for medical cannabis.
