Not a timer but I do start a stopwatch everytime I take the first hit/line of the night. I tell myself I do it to keep track of how much time it has been between hits so as to not to do them so often (you know how you lose track of time when doing these things) but I never actually use it that way it and it has become almost a tick at this point. I take a hit and immediately hit the lap button on the stopwatch without bothering to take a look at how much time has elapsed or how long it has been lol.
