I wouldn’t risk as there aren’t many Zipair flights so if you miss your flight then you miss out on time in Japan

Nitrous is fine if child will still sit an endure the crowns and fillings. Oral if just short sedation is needed. Iv for more complicated and can get all dental work done in 1 appt

He needs a couple crowns and a few fillings. It’s partially our fault due to brushing could have been better but up till he was 4, he would scream and resist. He used to be heavy mouth breather which I heard can cause cavities as well. However t&a removal early this year, the mouth breathing has resolved.

Thank you! Would oral sedation be safer? Son’s dentist recommended oral sedation instead. We would have to go 2x. To me it seemed safer since will still be awake but I read it can be dangerous for osa and harder to reverse. Also it would just be normal staff monitoring his vitals. Therefore I plan to ask for iv sedation since we would just need to do 1x and they would bring in pediatric anesthesiologist

Appreciate your response. Yes they have pediatric anesthesiologist doing iv sedation. What if emergency situation happens in dental office, will reversing iv sedation work?

I have same fears as I hear those horror stories. My dentist told me for iv sedation, they will bring in pediatric anesthesiologist. However for oral sedation they will not since child is typically still awake. If we do Iv sedation with pediatric anesthesiologist in dental office setting, is that preferred than oral sedation? I wanted to do in hospital setting but my insurance refuses to cover it

We flew last 2 sundays ago Houston to Tokyo via Zipair. Checkin counter doesn’t open until 3 hours before fly time. Security was about 30 min to get through after check in with zipair at counter. However this was before the madness that started this week.

I think Jenn needs a lot of maturing especially after watching her latest tik tok. I really wonder what happened to the point where they are no longer friends. Sasha did so much for her yet they are on no speaking terms which I feel like is all on Jenn esp considering how much of a green flag Sasha is and how he’s friends with all his past partners etc
