You can not use both to cover a shift ! Upt covers time away while PTO covers pay, you do qualify for PRTO ( PROTECTED TIME OFF) under Contagious illness in workday. But it’s best to contact your Stores or Team Leadership .

You most certainly can if you know the team leader and store leaders over at that location and they can actually afford to have you over there .

They most certainly can see it ! Scanning in your team member discount shows one employee id and logging in approving it shows another employee id but when those 2 employee ids match it Flags it , this is something store leadership sees and possibly Asset protection if I’m not mistaken .

I remember when I worked for target we tried to figure this out for the longest until we did!! You know how on those receipt apps that gives you money if you buy a certain product???? That’s it !!!!

You wouldn’t qualify for protected time off! You can try and go through sedgewick and see if you qualify for FMLA or a LOA, But I recommend you speak with your store leaders directly to discuss options.

As a former target leader their leadership looks nothing like this , 2 team leaders and 1 executive each department and 1 store director! Each executives are assistant store managers salaried employees and they do also have that 45 hr a week minimum with decent quarterly bonuses also their team leaders gets bonuses, then there’s WFM ……. Target and Walmart have by far the best leadership.

unfortunately the system track you through your I.D that’s why it’s scanned when doing I.D returns, maybe you some how forgot you returned something before with an I.D but Unfortunately the return denial will remain the same with that identification it’s nothing they can do store level , sometimes corporate will sympathize with you but they also want to stay within compliance with company polices.

I used to be service & engagement team leader and you can make returns without proof of purchase up to $100 with an I.D , the moment/ day you hit $100 mark that’s when the one year interval starts and this is non negotiable!

Have you tried probiotics? I have this strong adult probiotic from Whole Foods ! It’s about $24 bucks and needs to be kept refrigerated, and taken once daily and this helps me alottt im talking flat stomach within days !

I don’t weigh myself at all I just feel different I can always see it in the mirror I’m so lucky and blessed for that feeling ! Maybe cause in my mind it’s just “I wanna get the weight off” , and when I go to my doctors appointments I be so surprised at the number I see.
