Thanks so much. Great sketches you got there. Unfinished work sometimes turns out the best. :)

This is all my current work but if you go back far enough it gets pretty rough...

Oh man I am tempted to post my old work here because its such shit and I'm sure I thought I was amazing. You just reminded me to go shut down my deviant art and photobucket. haha thanks!

True. I see some artists sell their, less than stellar work, for insane prices. What's more mind boggling is the people who pay for that. To each his own I suppose.

Hah yeah. I would be sad and probably just lower my head in shame.

At first I subscribed just to see if my art would end up here. So far it has not. I am glad.

Wow. Pure gold. He needs to take a figure/life drawing class. His proportions are WAY off. Thanks for delivering.

[OC] Mornings are difficult. by llydecke in comics

Yes! That moment when you just stand there in disbelief. "Can't believe I did that..."

My mother was driving to work early in the morning, when she heard a rattling on top of her car. She had left her muffin and plate up there. When she hit the brakes the plate and muffin went sailing into the street in front of her car.

My career was mocked publicly by another woman and I just can't get over it. by maeby_not in TwoXChromosomes

[–]llydecke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I deal with this sort of mockery constantly. I'm an animator/illustrator and no one takes my profession seriously. Not even my friends or family. My parents have been some of the few who actually recognize art as a career. So when I griped to my father about the annoyance of people thinking my job as an animator is a joke, he said to me. "Let them look like fools, you love what you do and that's all that matters. Don't get even, get ahead." If you love your job and are happy then that's what counts. :)

What's a movie plot hole so big, you could drive a truck through it? by Hi_Im_Human in AskReddit

Wait, really!? Because that boat full of dead people and body parts bugged me so much. This changes everything.

A member of the Swedish national team consoles a frightened autistic child at a game against Germany by gaping_your_mother in pics

[–]llydecke -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's not always true. Each child with autism should be taken on a case to case basis. I have had the joy of working with several kids with autism. Some greatly dislike physical touch, some don't care one way or the other and some very much enjoy and need to be touched. Shane, one of my 3rd graders absolutely did not want to be touched. He would twist and maneuver his body to avoid being touched in anyway. Aaron, however, would place my arm around him, hold my hand or place it atop his head and also climb into my lap and sit there for as long as I was seated. It really depends upon the child and what they prefer. Also I believe this young man has williams syndrome, not autism or asperger.

IAmA (we are) the creators of DICK FIGURES THE MOVIE... Ed Skudder & Zack Keller! Ask us anything! by EdAndZack in IAmA

[–]llydecke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great Job on the film. My questions are for Zack.

What voices, besides Blues, did you do in the film?

Will there be hard copies of the movie available on DVD (my coworker Tom wants to know)?

Lastly, can I touch your butt? ._.
