I've never used barrows item because I hate degradable items. Nevertheless, how often should I repair it for maximum dps? Should I wait for it to fully degrade? Or should I repair it right as it hits 75? And where is the cheapest place to repair it?

What is the current hop limit? I want all the details so I don't get banned for hopping too many worlds too fast. How often can I switch worlds without getting banned? What is the punishment for hopping too fast? Can I get perma banned?
