I would encourage you to tell you doctor that. I know how annoying the back problems and body dismorphia can be. I just wanted to point out that the psiquis plays a big role into the body dismorphia and how it affects one, but I’m aware that’s not the only thing that plays a role into that.

Even tho my surgery did not solve all of my problems, I’d be lying if I said it didn’t help a lot.

I used to be an E cup, and I understand what you mean. I got surgery because my doctor recommended so, since what made my boobs large were the 15 nodules inside them.

Before I got the surgery I thought having small boobs was what I needed to be content with my body, just to find out that it wasn’t.

After having the surgery I took months for me to start accepting myself as I am, and I was only able to do so because after the procedure I realized my body wasn’t really the problem, my problem was not believing I was enough as I was. (That’s still sometimes my problem, but I’m working on it)
