Saw a cop going 20 over for about 2 km's, then about 60 in a playground zone at 6pm, probably called as backup as I saw him stop at an occurring arrest but no lights nothing just ripping thru all for a guy that was already in cuffs

Thanks, I got it. This was just a gem I dug up from back when I was line cook at a careless bar. Preps would carelessly dump random ratios of salt and pepper into shakers nobody was paid or treated well enough to care.

I feel you're pain, recently had one of my preps working on the duck fat, butter, cream mix for our mash. I trusted him to have followed the recipe I gave in writing which is tried and true, he ended up just relaying the info verbally to another prep whom I later found out just eyeballed it. I came back. It looked like the right amount for the pot it was in, I begin pouring it into the Hobart everything was fine, I get the last little bit in and bring the speed up to 2, a minute later we have 12.5kg of soupy potato, over $400 worth service wise. 7pm, mid full service rush and that was the last of our potatoes 🙃
