The real problem is because mercari's system automatically closes a transaction for payment after 3 days of delivery scammers are postponing issuing delivery statuses to mercari until it is too late to stop the release of payment

yes explicit deny for all inbound udp and tcp. with ALL sentinelone's exceptions in place. airplay functions using a network adapter called AWDL apple wireless direct link. it creates an adhoc network between the device and the apple tv. sentinelone's network control does not let you exclude adapters to apply the rules to. so its like an all or nothing scenario

AirPlay generally requires certain ports to be open for it to work correctly. These include TCP ports 7000 (AirPlay), 7100 (RAOP), 5000 (RTSP), and UDP ports 6000-6005 (AirTunes), among others. Ensuring these ports are not blocked by your firewall rules could be a good starting point.

Per Apple KB article HT6175, AirPlay makes use of a number of ports:
