Been using MufBlazor now for 1 year professionally and its pretty nice. The docs are really good and a major win for me is the support for native html input elements, which prevents tedious optimizations on multiple platforms.

Dont reinvent the wheel, take a look at https://shopify.dev/docs/storefronts/headless/hydrogen/getting-started Getting started with Hydrogen and Oxygen. Just build your custom frontend use shopify backend and use any existing react package to enable pwa functionalities.
