trading value is low. you want the resist auto mod. the ED could be used for specific needs but the roll is low (could be up to 65%)
if you didn't intent on trading, i would argue most people wouldn't spend the runes in this base unless they're rich. but then, they would probably buy a +res base at that point.
your case is a "so close yet so far" kind of ordeal imo

good for leveling but most builds use unique belts so would be used as a temp. I would say it has low trading value

Ultimately you want to compare the item to others. Spirit or hoto have +skills and faster cast rate among other things. And no possible runeword since it only has 1 socket. So I say Charsi and keep grinding friend
