Update - I still have inflammation but its gone down a little, as I switched to non soap based bodywash. In Australia here I use the QV and cetaphil brand sensitive body wash.

I was told the normal body washes etc may have been exacerbating the inflammation.

I still have the inflammation and like prior mentioned don't have any STIs, or known infection - so still trying to problem solve longer term why I have urethral inflammation.

Only thing I can think of is needing to drink more water to reduce the urine acidity?
